I have tried deleting and re-creating the bucket application key, but still get the 401. For the backup destination, select B2 storage to use your Backblaze B2 storage. Backblaze themselves have posted Quickstart Guide for Duplicati and Backblaze B2 Cloud Storage which unfortunately doesn’t say precisely what to put where, but at least indicates they might be willing to take a followup support question if needed. I am getting 401 Unauthorized errors to Backblaze B2.
